The Cactus is a vanilla block found only in the desert. Cactus can be smelted into Cactus Green. Cactus Green can then be used to craft Pipe Waterproof for waterproofing Pipes. Any mobs, including players, that come into physical contact with a Cactus will receive 1/2 hearts of damage.
