The Lever is a vanilla block used to produce a Redstone signal. In Tekkit, it is used to craft the EU-Splitter Cable, the Toggle Latch, and the Switch Lever.
When placed to a wall the lever will point up, if you switch it, it will point down and give a redstone signal.
