Mycelium is a vanilla Minecraft block found naturally only in Mushroom Biomes. It spreads to dirt, just like grass, however will not replace grass. Mushrooms spread quicker when planted on Mycelium.

In Tekkit it is used to make a TFBPfor terraforming areas into Mycelium. It can be collected by using a tool with the Silk Touch enchantment or by crafting it with UU-Matter.
