The Hygenersis Method is when multiple flower-type setups are linked together using pipes to create items in a single output. This has proven to be the most effective way of mass-producing a single item, mostly because theoretically, an infinite amount of flowers can be linked to a single output using either RedPower Tubes or BuildCraft Pipes.
The output is usually an energy condenser. If the goal is to get as much EMC as possible, the output should appropriately be Red Matter, if you have the EMC. Any item with an EMC value can be used as "secondary" item to get piped into the output condenser.
