The ME Preformatter is a simple block which allows you to name and specify what your storage cells can hold, allowing you to fine tune your storage down to every last detail. For example, this can be used to configure a storage cell that can only hold cobblestone, or only hold different types of copper ingots, allowing you to prevent your storage from being used up by new items, or junk items like cobblestone.
