It reduces ore blocks (and Clay blocks) into 2 Dusts.
Coal into 1 Coal Dust.
Can be powered with RE Battery and Generator(s).
Used in process to craft Rotary Macerator.
It can grind Cobblestone and Sandstone into Sand. It can also convert Gravel into Flint.

Ex. 1 Tin Ore equals 2 Tin Dust(s).
